What We Saw
Abaco Outback offers naturalist-guided kayak tours
through various saltwater tidal creeks along the mainland
of Great Abaco Island in the northern Bahamas. All trips
originate at and return to Abaco Outback office in Marsh
Harbour.
Full day tour takes you through a diverse and complex
system of creeks formed by mangroves and rocky islands.
There are salt water blue holes to snorkel over that
extend hundreds of feet beneath the sea floor.
There is also great snorkeling in the channels between
islands, where you drift with the current over a coral
reef eco-system. (great visibility, lots of fish, WOW!)
